Ordering bespoke doors is simpler than it sounds.
Here is the process from first measurement to delivery:
1. Measure your openings or existing doors. Measure the height and width of each door in millimetres. If you are replacing existing doors, measure the doors themselves. Remember the old workshop saying: you can always take a little off, but you can't add a little on. If in doubt, ring us and we will talk you through it.
2. Choose your style. Compare our five styles on the Pine Doors page. Matching an existing kitchen? Send us a photo or post us a sample door and we will identify and match the style.
3. Confirm your order in writing. We accept orders by email, telephone or post, but all dimensions and styles must be confirmed in writing or by email before we cut, to avoid sizing errors.
4. Pay for your order. You can pay by cheque, PayPal, or bank transfer (bank details provided on request).
5. We make your doors. Each door is made individually at our Crewe workshop and sanded, ready to finish. Lead time is usually around 10 working days, though we will confirm this when you order.
6. Balance and dispatch. The balance is due on completion, before dispatch. We deliver throughout the UK.
